A graduate of Johnson & Wales University and The Culinary Institute of Charleston, Duane Fernandes has worked at several prestigious hotels in Richmond, New York City and Asheville before the beautiful city of Charlotte called his name and the rest is history. Fernandes has since brought his remarkable energy, vision and inspiration to the Grand Bohemian Hotel Charlotte and Mico is the soaring expression of his talent.
